This morning I was totally planning on writing a blog post about how awesome I was. Just kidding. But I was going to write one about how I'm finally getting help on overcoming my anxiety and how I've already made a little progress. And how I felt so freaking awesome and thought I already had this in the bag.
And then I had a meltdown over ramen noodles. Full fledged gonna puke can't breathe senses going crazy everyone'smadatmeI'mfailing meltdown.

I have really really bad anxiety and I learned some fabulous exercises that helped me out. Hope you're loving life now that you've found something that's help you overcome it!
