The award for most awkward selfies goes to. . .

Me! Today church was cancelled, right after I got out of the shower. As is tradition, the day I don't have church is the day I think I'm looking pretty awesome. So I wanted to take a picture of my outfit, but everyone was busy and no one wants to put up with my perfectionist self when I'm taking a picture. So I turned on photo booth and got to work contorting myself until I managed to get my whole outfit into the picture. This was the result.

Hey, got all the outfit in. Please note the splatter paint skirt paired with striped shirt, cardigan, and sweater tights. And awkward hunched over self.

After laughing for a bit while getting caught taking this wonderful selfie, I went through my pictures and found some pretty other awesome gems which all combined, should get me nominated for an award for most awkward selfies. (I didn't know this was a term until reading an article about the twitter. So I must use it.)

I feel like a lot of times when going through blogger, I'm always pushing the boundaries a bit. Liebster-ing it up!

Funny story. A few days ago I was reading all the blogs I follow like I usually do. And of course I read  Jana's  blog and read about how she had won the Liebster award. I had no idea what it was, so I read her post full of fun facts, and for everyone I kept nodding my head going, I DO THAT TOO! Say Yes?

Well. Today I went dress shopping. And it was a really fun experience! I went a few weeks ago, and that wasn't as fun. I almost fainted because everything was so tight! And I looked like a little girl playing dress up. This time though, I felt sophisticated, it was a much better experience, and I may have found THE dress. I know it's one of these ones, but at the store I thought I was going to get one dress. But as I got home and looked through the pictures again, I think another one will work better and is really THE one.
